What is the return policy?

All items purchased from ungra8tful.com are eligible for return within 60 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Payment will be returned in the original form of payment. To initiate a return please email liesl@ungra8tful.com

Why does it take 4-5 weeks for my items to ship?

We are a small operation. We don't yet have the funds to sew full size sets of each design ahead of time. Instead we wait for you to choose exactly what you want and then we cut and sew! There are some occasions where we will be able to ship sooner than 14 business days. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns!

Who do you ship with?

We are currently shipping through USPS priority flat rate mail. If this is not a good shipping method for you please contact us and we will be happy to work it out!

Do you ship International?

Yes! Please shoot us a message (instagram DM will get fastest response) and we will provide a shipping quote.

What is your size guide?

Please see below. Our fit is true to size. We fit on real plus size people so that means we account for thighs, belly, boobs and arms ect! If you need a larger size not listed on the size chart please contact us and we will make it happen!
